Susan & Don | Married

When Susan and Don first approached me about photographing their wedding I was thrilled! This was my first ever wedding. Susan was an old coworker of mine at the Dragon’s Nest toy store in Newburyport, MA. She had since moved on to open her own successful store Toodleoo’s in Gloucester, MA.

Susan is the definition of child at heart in all the best ways. She made sure each piece of her wedding was uniquely ‘Susan.’ From her fairy wings that matched her handmade (!) wedding dress, swordfights, a wizard officiant and snakes at the reception. I’ve never seen a more unique and memorable wedding.

Susan and Don’s wedding was on a beautiful September day in 2016 (yes this is a throwback post) on Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester, MA. The love that they both shared for each other and their families was absolutely beautiful. This is one couple that I have no doubts will spend many long, happy, fun years together!
